About MuscleRoll®

MuscleRoll® was founded in 2020 in Naples, Florida, by Jeffrey Southmayd, the company’s founder and CEO, to make clean, high-quality nutrition and training products — made to a standard, not to a price.

Quality is the whole idea. We keep our line small and deliberate — seven products, each one chosen carefully, made from materials we can stand behind, and described honestly. Nothing carries the MuscleRoll® name until it earns its place, and nothing gets a claim we can’t back up.

The MuscleRoll Protein Bar is where it starts. Each bar is built on grass-fed whey protein isolate with simple, natural ingredients — rolled oats, almond butter, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, hemp hearts, raw honey, and soluble tapioca fiber. Eighteen grams of protein in every bar, packed ten to a box and ready wherever you train.

MuscleRoll Pure Whey is that same standard in its purest form: one ingredient — whey protein isolate. Unflavored, unsweetened, no fillers, nothing to hide. It comes in our signature matte black tin — metal, not a plastic tub, because plastic can shed microplastics into the powder it holds, and a powder this pure deserves better than that. For training, the MUSCLEROLL® Tricep Extension — the product our registered MUSCLEROLL® trademark (U.S. Registration No. 6521738) was built on — is the cable attachment that finishes arm day. The MuscleRoll® Wheel is built the way equipment used to be built — a high-quality rubber wheel on a metal axle, with rubber handles and no plastic anywhere — simple, durable core training gear made to last. And the MuscleRoll® Foam Roller, full-size in black and gold, rounds out the work: warming up, cooling down, and everyday muscle recovery.

The MuscleRoll® Yoga Mat is premium in the plain sense of the word: five millimeters of cushion that supports knees, elbows, and hips without going soft under your feet, a top surface that grips back, and a base that stays planted on hardwood, tile, or carpet — matte black, with the MUSCLEROLL® mark in gold at the corner.

Apparel follows the same rule. The Muscle Fiber Training Shirt is a performance microfiber shirt that stays light through the hardest sessions, printed MUSCLE FIBER by MuscleRoll in gold on black, in sizes Small through XXL.

MuscleRoll® is a small American company, and we intend to keep it that way — nutrition, equipment, and apparel, made well and sold directly to the people who use it. No catalog filler, and nothing we wouldn’t use ourselves.
