This Privacy Policy explains how MuscleRoll (“MuscleRoll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit muscleroll.com (the “Site”), place an order, or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide when you order. When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your order. Payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Information you provide when you contact us. If you email us, submit a message through the Site, or call us, we collect your name, your contact details, and the contents of your message. Calls to our phone number may be answered by an answering service that takes a message on our behalf and passes it to us.

Account information. If you create an account on the Site, we collect the information you provide for that account, such as your name, email address, and login credentials.

Device and usage information. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. Some of this information is collected using cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 5.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Payment processing. Stripe, Inc. processes your payment. Your payment information is provided directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
• Website hosting. Our Site is hosted on Vercel, which stores and transmits Site data on our behalf.
• Shipping carriers. We provide your name, shipping address, and order details to carriers so they can deliver your order.
• Communications providers. Our answering service and email providers handle messages and calls on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others; or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy or notify you of any change.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the store to function — for example, to keep items in your cart, process checkout, and maintain security — and to understand, in general terms, how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; however, blocking cookies that the store requires may prevent parts of the Site, such as the cart and checkout, from working properly.

If you have an account on the Site, you may also review and update certain account information by signing in.

The Site is not directed to children, and our products are offered for purchase by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
